We invite you to join us for the 6th Annual Crawfish and Cannons at Fort Belknap! We will have a live crawfish boil, cannon firing on the hour, children’s activities, farmers market vendors, armadillo races, and live music!

The Goodnight-Loving 5K, 10K, and Half-Marathon will be an out-and-back run from the entrance gate of Fort Belknap. This historic fort is the birthplace of the famous Goodnight-Loving Cattle Trail that blazed its way through the Wild West up to the Montana and Wyoming territories.

FAQ

No outside food or beverage will be allowed inside Fort Belknap. There will be drink vendors and crawfish for purchase throughout the event.

Admission wristbands will allow for the re-entry to the event. Once the wristband has been removed, you will be required to pay to re-enter.

Yes, there will be staff members at the registration who will place any personal items in a secure location during the race.

There will be ample parking located across from Fort Belknap on FM 61.

There are volunteer opportunities available, as well as sponsorship packages to promote your company.

Yes, walkers are welcome on the 5k and 10k designated distances as long as they are able to complete the course within the time limit.

No, due to the amount of expected racers and event participants, we do not allow pets for safety reasons.
